This corporation is a joke! They manage the Clarkston Bluffs Condominiums which I moved to in 2018. My HOA fees were initially supposed to be $340 a month. They are now $565 a month. This extra money is supposedly to repave our roads, which seem fine to me. And they are waiting to collect all of the money before they even start the project. Forthe rest of our fees we get snow removal and lawn maintenance. There are no other extras one might find in other condos, like a clubhouse or pool.
