I’ve been living here since 2017, and it has truly been a great place to call home. The leasing office staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional — especially Shana, Emily, and Petrie. Maintenance stays on top of the building and responds quickly whenever needed, which I really appreciate. The property is well managed, and the overall experience has been positive throughout the years. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon and would definitely recommend this community to others.
Great customer services. Emily and Shauna do a Great job. But the smoking of Cigarettes and Pot in the building has to stop. Also. I have a dog and pick up her poop when she goes. Other residents with dogs don't pick up the mess
===update on 02/2026=== maintenance is not as good as before, shower hot water didn't work, issue not fixed for 3 weeks and counting .. === update on 05/2022=== Have lived here for two and half years, everything was great, best location if you need to commute to NYC. Except for 2 issues. <1> one of the elevator was broken for 2 months, it is starts to get annoying.. <2> since this year, I start to lose packages (about 3 so far), it never happened before ====================== I just moved to this apartment, so far everything... read more
3 year resident. Any issues have been promptly taken care of. The staff is amazing. Maintence is great. I feel safe and I would recommend this building as a place to call home. Close to the train and parking is included in a covered parking deck.
