Our family has had the good fortune of working with Homer from Metro Gate Repair. He is a great technician and always manages to get to the root of the problem, constant and mindful and respectful budge or needs. we are very happy with how he has solved all of gate issues of both commercial and residential gates.
Single mom with no clue why this gate won't work. I call at 445pm in Thursday and a professional gentleman is at my place by 2pm the next day!! The service guy clearly knew his stuff and discussed the board and everything with me. 10/10, will use again.
Super happy with the service and work performed. Hector was outstanding and made sure I understood all of the work being done. Customer service is lacking these days and this was just the opposite. I was blown away by the communication and professionalism shown by Hector. He is top notch.
Fantastic service and responsiveness. Our motor needed to be repaired and after sorting through upsellers and sales people, we met Hector. He gave us a written estimate and stuck to it. His price was very competitive and best of all, he sold me the job and then came and did the work and clearly knew what he was doing. And he communicated with us all along. Cannot recommend enough.
Ben installed a beautiful new fence for us, and it looks fantastic. He was thorough, polite, and completed the work on time. Very happy with the service!
