He’s a phony realtor he advertise apartments then ignore your phone and he violates nyc housing rights law I’m reporting him asap
Been calling Roger for the past three weeks. One time he answered, i told him what am looking , he asked me to send him documents now he doesn't answer none of my calls or text. He posted two apartments that am very interested in but they pick & choose who they want.
Roger has been extremely patient, friendly, and kind throughout the whole process for my fiancee' and I renting a condo. He has spent a sum of 1.5 hrs on the phone with me on multiple occasions taking the time to answer any and all questions I've asked with a positive, patient, and great attitude and I have asked over 20+ questions.
