Went to see one apartment with Roger he said he would follow up with me on future apartments that’s what I’m looking for. I found an apartment that I’m interested in and he’s the listed agent. I’ve been calling for weeks and no answer nothing. Poor communication it’s horrible actually.
Roger told me we would meet with me to see an apartment. He kept on trying to change the appointment throughout the day. He then waited until I arrived at the appointment on time to text me that he couldn't get in and canceled the showing. While on a broken foot, and had to rearrange my schedule to see it at the appointment time. Do not use this agency under any circumstances, especially if they can't give common courtesy to potential clients.
He’s a phony realtor he advertise apartments then ignore your phone and he violates nyc housing rights law I’m reporting him asap
