I had metro garage door inc come to repair my garage door when the spring broke. The only problem with the door was the spring. After the "repair" I noticed daylight shining through the side of the door. Upon a closer look I noticed the door was moved 2 inches to the left. After some back and forth with the company I was told I only had a 1 year warranty on the spring and their labor only had a 30 day warranty. The service was wonderful and the serviceman was great. He showed up on time, identified the problem, and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. While he was here he performed routine maintenance on the door and told me what to use to keep it functioning the way it should.
