I was in the Metro Ford Service department last week July 17th and was impressed with the service manager "Brent". He was extremely helpful, open and honest. They were swamped and he told me when they could get to my vehicle. He helped me get a rental as we were traveling through Kansas and then called me to update us on the repair progress. The absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with!! I have bought 5 cars and a motorcycle through them and they are upstanding people that are straight forward and honest. I will do business with them for the rest of my life. We need more dealers like these people. They truly are the good guys!!
I can't believe these people are still in business. Bought a used Dodge truck last May. They were supposed to inspect it, install new struts, repair the emergency brake and fix the lock on the drivers door. They kept the car past the three days I could have gotten my money back. Salesman said the AC just needed freon - another lie. Driver's door continues to fly open on right hand turns. Emergency brake is still unusable. been had – Feel taken and ignored, was not a pleasnt experience, I would not recomend them to anyone anytime, they basicly stood right there and lied to us but they go the deal made wich is all they care about. Worst Dealership Ever - Metro Ford – Worst Dealership ever, I mean seriously I saw a vehicle I wanted call ahead to say hey this is what I can afford and if your able to meet that and they said well they can't do anything over the phone, but if you come in then we can see what we can do. Wow, Great Service!!!!! – I recently purchased a new truck at Metro Ford and boy was I suprised! The BEST buying experience I have ever had! Also tried their service dept, and WOW again! They all treated me like family! Love the small town atmosphere! Have bought several vehicles at other dealerships and now I will always go back to Metro for any new vehicles and all of my service!
BUYER BEWARE! Dishonest managers and sales team. – I purchased a vehicle on Ebay and Metro Ford of Independence (on Noland Road) was the seller. I paid their “Buy It Now” price for the car. I drove 90 minutes to finalize the transaction and drive the car home and at the very end they tacked on some never before mentioned dealer fees.
