Service writer Riley goes above and beyond helping me with my 2016 Ford Escape. I use to take my Escape to Dick Smith Ford, now Greenway Ford and their service department is terrible! Johhny Hayes, Service Manager, and his team are a great bunch of guys. They keep you updated on your repair and get you in and out quickly. They are always super busy and take the time with you!

I've got to say. I had high hopes coming into this. I found what looked like a great truck for a decent price. Talked to the salesman Erich P******* for a few days, had him send me a video. Asked for it's quality, or if it had any issues I needed to be aware of, how the body looked etc. I was sent a video of it, that's when he pointed at what he said was the only body damage which was a dent in the bumper. I urge anyone considering to purchase a car to AVOID Ron Hamilton at all costs. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle earlier this week and less than 24 hours later, there was an engine malfunction and I drove my car immediately back to the dealership. I was very unhappy and uneasy about my expensive purchase. I was in the Metro Ford Service department last week July 17th and was impressed with the service manager "Brent". He was extremely helpful, open and honest. They were swamped and he told me when they could get to my vehicle. He helped me get a rental as we were traveling through Kansas and then called me to update us on the repair progress. It was ready when promised and the stressful experience of being broken down on the highway was made much better by an attentive , courteous, professional. The absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with!! I have bought 5 cars and a motorcycle through them and they are upstanding people that are straight forward and honest. I will do business with them for the rest of my life. We need more dealers like these people. They truly are the good guys!!

I can't believe these people are still in business. Bought a used Dodge truck last May. They were supposed to inspect it, install new struts, repair the emergency brake and fix the lock on the drivers door. They kept the car past the three days I could have gotten my money back. Salesman said the AC just needed freon - another lie. Driver's door continues to fly open on right hand turns. Emergency brake is still unusable.
