I was locked out my car in the parking lot. And Austin Adams came to assist me with getting my car unlocked. He invited my son and I into the dealership provided us drinks, he got the car unlocked for us. He's customer service was beyond awesome!!! Thank you so much with getting us back on the road to Oklahoma.

Traveling through Tupelo, MS, my vehicle broke down, forcing me to seek help at Metro Ford. My experience with Metro Ford has been relatively good.
Told me a vehicle was available and I confirmed I would come drive it, which I did. Awhile later, while I'm waiting to discuss sales terms they told me it wasn't for sale due to recalls. But they could sell me a newer model just like it. Deceptive business practice that they need to stop. You can smile and shake my hand all you want, but if you bait and switch or other nonsense, I don't want to do business with you. I think this is the 1st and only 1 star rating I have ever given.
