I had the most amazing experience at Metro Flowers! The staff was unbelievably helpful and sincere in recommending me alternatives when I asked to build a bouquet that was no longer in season. Their prices are absolutely fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough. It’s rare to find people who have such a passion for their trade as well as the happiness of their clients! They do not sell the flower you want, only pre-order rose. Staff ask for help then tell me to go away, they all very rude. Do not buy flower here
A true local gem! This shop has been around for decades, and it’s easy to see why. The flowers are consistently fresh and of the highest quality. The arrangements are absolutely stunning. On top of that, the shop environment is lovely and the service is friendly. Highly recommended!
Fresh selection every time I went, bought roses from them for multiple occasions
Poor customer service. The bouquet was fine, but when we tried adding more flowers the staff seemed tired of us. No paper options were offered, and even a small request felt like an inconvenience. I’ve come here many times before, but won’t be returning.
