Was looking at other reviews to see if anyone experienced the same lack of service as I did from the older lady. Place was pretty empty and I was looking at the flowers in peace when the woman asks if she can help me but sounded annoyed. I explained that I bought a bouquet the previous day but I saw another flower that I also wanted to purchase this time. The lady is so rude. I went there today and asked her if i can get the marker to write something on the card and she said “ I don’t know why people start asking , they don’t see it themselves, the marker is just infront of you.” I am totally disappointed of her behaviour. Never gonna go there again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went into Metro Flower today with an inspiration photo for a small-to-medium bouquet, and the lady immediately quoted me $250 like it was nothing. I was genuinely shocked because every other flower shop I went to quoted me around $60 for something similar. On top of the ridiculous pricing, the service was horrible.
