Poor customer service. The bouquet was fine, but when we tried adding more flowers the staff seemed tired of us. No paper options were offered, and even a small request felt like an inconvenience. I’ve come here many times before, but won’t be returning.
I always get my flowers here and I absolutely love them. I’m a regular customer and this is where I always buy the flowers for my girlfriend. I really like that they let me make arrangements that feel a bit personalized. I’ll definitely keep coming back
