Ted did a great job. Sadly, our 5 year old water heater is rusted out. We've decided to go with a tankless unit. Ted explained all the options to us. He spent a lot of time in our super hot attic to disable the old water heater (so it doesn't leak out into our attic). We've used Metro Flow Plumbing since 2021 and they always do a great job. I highly recommend them. The new tankless water heater is scheduled for Monday morning. Sadly we will be without hot water for 4 day :-(
Luis is absolutely awesome and professional! He explained the process from start to finish and giving my stressful situation, he was extremely patient with me. I wholeheartedly recommend!!!!
