my camry got hit from the rear bumper and they changed just the bumper cover only. I asked them about the absorber several times they said it was fine.. I just realized that the energy absorber foam was compressed after the hit and it needed to be replaced.. but instead of replacing it they just tried to fix it with a glue and the glue was everywhere on my car.. A compressed foam will never function the same .. I am so disapoointed with their service...
