Worst tax office experience ever. The staff are not friendly at all and they lie about appointments. I have been waiting for more than four days now. They completely wasted my time, and I had to miss work for several days because of them. Every single day they tell me “come back tomorrow,” but when I wait, people they know come in and take my place. This is totally unprofessional and unfair.
