very bad service Very bad team
Worst tax office experience ever. The staff are not friendly at all and they lie about appointments. I have been waiting for more than four days now. They completely wasted my time, and I had to miss work for several days because of them. Every single day they tell me “come back tomorrow,” but when I wait, people they know come in and take my place. This is totally unprofessional and unfair. Fantastic tax preparer! Professional, detail-oriented, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made the process quick and stress-free. I felt confident my taxes were done accurately and got the best possible return. Highly recommend
Worst experience everrrr!!! I filed my 2024 taxes from here took me a week on the first time and the staff doesn’t know what they are doing Lol its a joke, the accountant named Rafiq just gave me attitude and stared at me hatefully for a small misunderstanding, UNPROFESSIONAL AS HECK!! I would give -0 if i could— dont go here its a waste of time. Im never going here again.
