I rarely leave review but this clinic especially Dr. Buphal deserves 5 stars. He is our family doctor ever since. When I say family doctor, like the whole family (including extended families). He's knowledgeable, thorough, and always goes the extra mile to ensure I'm receiving the best possible care. And also, Victoria is very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Can’t say enough words how greatful I am of the level of care I always receive.
I have been seen Dr BHUPAL for almost 10 years and he’s such a great Dr. He’s detail orientated and always seems to get to the bottom of things. He’s also helped many of family members out over the years with great empathy and he also educates you on your health and why is making a specific suggestion! Amazing doctor and amazing staff ! I was removed from my family doctor's caseload without any notice, simply because I hadn’t visited in two years. There was no communication or follow-up to see if I wanted to remain with the practice. Additionally, the clinic's limited hours and lack of availability make it hard to feel connected with the care provided. If you’re looking for a fast, in-and-out experience, this clinic might suit you, but it didn’t meet my needs for consistent, personalized care.
