The only big NEGATIVE thing is that the technician was on her phone during all the time when I was reading the letters and when taking pictures for my eyes. How accurate is my eye prescription now? Using your phone while interacting with patients is truly unacceptable. Dr. Nicholas is great, and she explained everything in a simple way. Best place ever whatever eye doctor you have currently is trash compare to metro eye md facts u have a problem catch me outside
Disappointing, I called ahead of time to make sure they took my insurance and ask if I needed everything else. Only to find out once I got there that they were requesting me to pay $150 extra besides my copay just for a simple eye exam. Such waist of time as they could have communicated this at first and not make me drive and wait for them to make a decision.
