I had a very positive experience at Metro Eye MD. The entire staff is caring and positive. Update: Dr. Nissirios did my SMILE surgery. I felt extremely at ease, comfortable pre op and post op. I totally recommend him.
I was seen by a medical student without prior knowledge. While the exam seemed thorough at first, it quickly turned into a rush job once the physician I actually booked with came into the room. She did not introduce herself despite me being a new patient, and no hand hygiene was performed. The student said she and the physician would return to discuss my findings, but the student never returned, and I was given contradicting information. The provider’s attitude was very off-putting. I brought in our uncle 96 years old and Dr. Nissirios was as always wonderful, understanding knowledgable and caring.There is no better Ophthalmologist even if you went to some fancy Manhattan office. His staff is always on time, caring and very helpful. Thank you for being you*
Someone gave me an appointment on September 7 but when I arrived I found out it closed . I wasted my time the whole morning for nothing. It makes me frustrated. It's really unprofessional.
