Penalize customers for their companies ineptitude. Nice to find your life has gone to hell through their mail and even get penalized for their errors. What can anyone do to them? How can I charge them a fee for lack of anything resembling customer service. To anyone: make sure you take down the name of the person screwing you, date and time. Shady company. At least now they'll have to pay something to get their a+ back.

In fact, we believe just the opposite, in going out of our way to help members in their time of need. We are both surprised and saddened by Mr. C****** comments and would welcome the opportunity to learn more about where we failed to meet his expectations.
