My husband and I have called several times concerning the same matter and also left two voice mails without response. We were preparing to take a mortgage loan out and followed the advice of Tabitha. She recommended we pay off our debts and wait for our credit score to reflect it. We did and apparently the credit union hasn’t been reporting to the credit bureau as they should. It would be nice if somebody would call us back so we can move forward with buying a new home.
