It’s unfortunate that reviews do not allow photos to accompany them. Rented a property through this realty group, and paid for damages and scuff makes that were there upon move in. The best part was sending me a letter stating that the bathroom had to be caulked due to “imbedded crayon marks” in tile. Blatant lie. They took advantage of the fact that I didn’t fill out the move in inspection sheet, and made me pay for work that the owner failed to address.
