I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS TO WORK ON STENOGRAPH COURT REPORTER MACHINES IN THIS AREA...AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES IN THE AREA. THEY ALWAYS DID A GREAT JOB AND QUICK SERVICE...AS I DEPEND ON MY MACHINE TO BE ABLE TO WORK

I have purchased 3 computers here with excellent service. They came and set them up for us at no extra charge. I have also purchased toner for my color printer here. They even delivered them. Excellent customer service, I will be back for their services and I would recommend them!
I have had contract service with them for 10+ years with wonderful service.. I have also taken numerous personal machines in to be repaired, excellent service. I have checked around and their rates are better than most others. Delivers quick in most all my experiences with them. Highly recommended!
Kept my Brother printer for over a year. After numerous phone calls to them and stopping twice when there was somebody in the office,I stopped by looking for a refund of \$35 deposit; next day it was miraculously repaired and ready for pickup for an additional \$56 (labor and misc fees!). They can keep it. I spent less than that on a new machine.
This company is terrible for a copy machine. They dont their machines as per their agreements. They have terrible customer service. Our prints were coming out crooked and side ways. Everytime we pulled the tray out to add paper, screws were falling out. We had to purchase Desk Jets in order to suffice for our company. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
