If could give less than 1 star I would. The poor customer service is an understatement, was hung up on 2 times, poor communication, and lack of respect for patients time is unacceptable. Had a routine appointment and was forgotten about for 20 minutes in the exam room, could hear the staff talking in the office area and saying oh what about my name because they forgot about me.
