I didn't even get to make an appointmet bc a Lady named Lori would NOT make my appt just because I could not peovide her my insurance info at THAT time she wanted it. I told her I have it I can bring it with me or upload it in the portal as I didnt have it on hand but I needed to make the appt right then and there. She RUDELY said NO! You give me the info now or no appointment will be made til. I refuse to give my business to people LIKE her or ANYONE affiliated with them! Just rude!
Wish I could give less than a one. Can't get an appointment much less a response from phone calls returned, text messages or anyone getting back to you. What if you wanted something looked at but they are booked out past June. Wth...what if you had a cancerous legion. And I am an established patient.
If could give less than 1 star I would. The poor customer service is an understatement, was hung up on 2 times, poor communication, and lack of respect for patients time is unacceptable. Had a routine appointment and was forgotten about for 20 minutes in the exam room, could hear the staff talking in the office area and saying oh what about my name because they forgot about me.
