Got two orders to go. Pot pie was good (usually is). Fried chicken dinner was awful, badly overcooked. Tried calling store but no one available to answer call.
Had one if the larger, taller, staff members tell us to "have a seat anywhere." He then went off and played on his phone, sitting by the front window. Didn't tell any other staff that we needed menus or that we had yet to be waited on. So we sat for 10 minutes ignored. So we left. Obviously you dont like your business making money.

The servers are always friendly and there is a very cozy atmosphere to the diner. Its a nice touch to be able to watch cooks make excellent food
Went for a late breakfast. Seated right away. The waitress, Mya T., was very good! I had the Bissell breakfast which I have had before. Today it was the best ever. The home fries were hot. The pancakes had those crispy edges that are so good.
