Horrible company. Complete scam. They put barn windows in an apartment building then had to fight to get them replaced. Then said they did all tempered glass and none of it was tempered and they never responded or came back to fix it. Do not use them.
Had worked with J in the past, and that was fine. However ordered 13 windows in April '22, and finally got 12 of them in August '22. Was only supposed to be 4-6 weeks. Around July 1st, I started asking for my money back, and J refused, and ignored me until he was able to deliver in August. Now won't return my texts to send the missing window. Huge hassle, very unprofessional, and now it appears he even has family member write positive reviews. Run. Run far, and run fast.
