Called Today and spoke with Kayla at Bloomington Metro Dental. They apparently have no compassion for their patients, because my husband, who has severe anxiety about going to the dentist, was denied EMERGENCY service today, they told me it was because he is a new patient, even though that is where our entire family has gone for years. I spoke with the MN Board of Dentistry and was told "they should have seen him, period."
RecommendedThe staff at a Metro Dentalcare are nice & friendly. I always get in on time as well. I’ve been going there for sometime now. The recent hygienist did a great job. Sometimes they go a little to hard cleaning & flossing in the past but Stacy did a great job this time. It’s been awhile since I had a good hygienist. My teeth didn’t hurt like a few other times after my cleaning & checkup. Thanks Metro Dentalcare!
Everyone always treats me well. I appreciate that they are concerned about what is best for me and I have never felt like they have mislead me. Been going here for many years.
Nice place great staff only bad thing is they don’t do some work there have to hike to maple grove
