Everyone was kind and patient
Within the last couple of months, I had a tooth extracted and a flipper installed. They failed to tell me that I couldn't eat with the flipper installed and that I needed to remove it. This in turn threw me into a complete meltdown when it broke while I was eating. Needless to say, Dr. Thakkar came to my rescue. She spoke to me in the most calm voice and reassured me that they would replace the flipper at no further cost. She was extremely compassionate and very understanding to my concern. Professionalism and courtesy was displayed by all staff. My doctor displayed knowledge and provided explanations for all treatment current and possibly needed in the future.
