Brought two rings in to be sized. Upon arriving I was told it would take several days to resize them which was fine for me but unusual. Once I arrived home I received a phone call stating the resizing was going to be significantly more then I was excepting or had payed in the past at other jewelers. The reason I was given was "they needed to add more gold" to achieve the size I wanted. Once I arrived to pick up the rings I was given a different few even higher then the original. This was the 2nd time I've used Metro Custom Jewelers... Great experience both times. I had a larger stone put in my wedding ring and retipped all diamonds and had original stone put on a gold cross. I previously had a ring sized down to a size 4 that other jewelers said couldn't be done to that particular ring. Everything turned out beautifully.
