Overall nice place. But, tenant support is lacking. Can’t even get back you with simple questions or requests. Customer retention is usually part of the recipe for success in any business. Maybe hire people who have real customer service experience and truly care about their clients.

Definitely college type housing. Not recommended for regular families. Parking is a MAJOR issue when all students are back in school. Great for students only...parking not so much.
