The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and keen to help.
I found the teller today unhelpful and almost aloof. Will not be back to this branch
Customer service there is terrible they all have horrible attitudes not Courteous to their customers at all it’s like they have no sort of training or do not care about the quality services they provide to their customers even when speaking with a manager named Judy all I received was disrespecting unprofessionalism from someone who is supposed to be in charge at this establishment. It’s appalling to see how the quality standards at Metro have fallen over the years.
