Good Bank But The ATM Lobby Closed Even After Branch Hours, Not Many ATMS, So Not To Happy About That, Metro Could Do Better For Members
Great location, convinient. Although there is parking, its limited. If driving it may be a challenge to park at times. Everyone is friendly and efficient.
I have been a member of this credit union for over ten years, and it's always a mediocre to terrible experience. I cannot tell you how any hours I've wasted waiting either in line, or on hold with a customer service representative who is either dismissive, downright incompetent, or even both. I love credit unions in general and think they do a great service to the general public, but if you're looking for efficiency, decent customer service, or to have someone even reach out to you when experiencing a problem - don't go here... read more
This branch has the most amazing people working here, Zach, Yma and Jess are ALWAYS so attentive, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I always feel so appreciated and they treat their customers exceptionally. The Branch is always having fun little things to give away, decorated and very clean. There truly aren’t enough words to express how much they make banking easy.
