Very pleasant experience with replacing my roof and other hail damage to my house. Other than a small hiccup (someone in training) everything when smoothly. I recently had my roof replaced by Metro. I had an incredibly relaxed experience throughout the entire process, from the initial inspection and insurance adjustment all the way through project completion. Metro Construction did an amazing job replacing my roof and painting my house in Vail, CO. We upgraded to a lifetime asphalt shake look-alike shingle, and we love it. I was also given a lifetime Owens Corning Platinum warranty, which covers the workmanship for the life of my home. I will recommend Metro Construction to anyone in Eagle County. Great process, install, and price!
I contracted to hire Metro Construction to replace our commercial roof in Eagle-Vail. Initially, we were going to tear the roof off, but we have then presented a more cost-effective environmental solution. We ended going with a GE Endurus liquid applied roof system, which holds a 20 Year Warranty. Super happy and impressed with the entire organization. If you are a commercial building owner, you must have them show you this solution when replacing your roof.
Metro Construction was able to work with our insurance company to provide the new roof, exterior stain, paint and trim needed to repair the damage caused by a severe hail storm. It took some time working with the adjustment process, but they backed us up to receive a settlement amount that was fair for them to do the work! They are honest and sincere, and I recommend them. I would never use this company or recommend them! The salesman Russel made a lot of promises then took my check and my copy of the contract. They ripped the cooler off our roof and threw it to the ground ruining it. When they did the gutters they just dumped all the nails and screws that were in the gutters on the ground. Downspouts were not replaced or reconnected. The salesman had included painting the fascia before the gutters were replaced and the company claims they don't do that. Company does mediocre work. Customer service is poor. Have to call many times to get someone to actually show up. Say they will be there and don't show on multiple occasions. Didn't perform job as it was quoted, took money for work that was incomplete and lacking of promised work.
