Total Rip-off! Beware!!! My house-sitter called about a leaking water filter. She was charged over $260.00 to reach in under the sink and shut the turn-off valve off. Did not even try to fix the problem. If he had it would have taken 2 minutes to just properly screw in the filter. That's how long it took me to fix the leak when I returned home.
