Keep getting charged 300 plus dollars after paying a 30 dollar co pay even though I have insurance. Avoid stride. I'm tired of having to deal with the 300 plus dollar charged for a 30 minute appointmen.

Called and was told I could get a flu shot for $25, maybe less. Called back to pre-register as I was told to and was told it would be $100 and then I would be billed for the remainder.
Terrible!! They took almost an hour to take my blood. Terrible customer service, terrible crew. Go to stride somewhere else not here. TERRIBLE
They both are very helpful & nice behavior I was there for my parents . Thank
