I've recently been going again back to the Hampden clinic for both my own appointments and my children's appointments, and unfortunately it doesn't feel the same as it used to. The welcoming and caring environment that kept us coming back seems to have changed.Some of the medical assistants have come across as disengaged and unmotivated which feels unprofessional. I have been here a few times, the convenient care walk in clinic, and if you are looking for affordability (which I was because I have no insurance) I recommend this place. The staff & NP’s are very nice, the time waiting was better than any urgent care I’ve been to in history, maybe I’ve always been seen on their good days idk.
I found the Dr's, and assistants, including front desk, work as a team, and are caring. Im glad i found Stride Clinic, specifically this one because they make me feel comfortable, to have relationship with, to better me and my health. Thank you to all there.
