Great telehealth appointment with Annie Freckleton, NP, she had a great demeanor and was very personable and explanatory. Prior to the appointment, the staff was extremely nice from the first phone call and the follow-up text messages were timely reminders that keep me abreast of my appointment. I would have no qualms in recommending Metro Community Health to friendly and friends.
I am a patient of Doctor Annie. She treats me as a member of her family. She gives me her undivided attention and listen my complaints about my illness. She is very professional,calm, courteous and very respectful. Her actions prove to me she really cares about her patients.
My experience at this Metro Has been amazing. I love Dr Annie. She really listens to me, she make sure to come up the best solutions, and make sure I’m ok with everything before I leave the office. The staff always greets me (nurses, receptionist) are very nice also. I’m so happy I found this medical facility. Couldn’t ask for a better one, or doctor.
