Extremely disappointed. Had them do insurance work on my 16 Ford Fiesta ST that was involved in an accident. Received the car back, noticed the headlight alignment was off. Went to check it, the technicians had broken the headlight adjustor entirely and failed to make note of it. Few weeks go by, strut starts shaking at speed and making a metal on metal noise, go to check it today and look: can move the strut bearing with my hands!
