I have used Metro Cleaners for my dry cleaning needs over the past 15 years. My most recent cleaning I was given someone else's suit jacket that was far too small and discovered this about an hour before my Father's memorial service in Illinois. Disappointed and frustrated doesn't capture how this felt. When I got back into town I brought the other jacket in and they immediately gave me my jacket. No answer everytime we call..... mailbox full... here is why I took my business elsewhere. We need someone reliable to clean 40 uniforms. Not this inconsistency.
Excellent service. EXCEPTIONAL cleaning..however you will pay a price to get that EXCEPTIONAL service.. all other cleaners don't give you the service or the final product.
