The cost of the roofing job was extremely high, but the quality did not match the price. Given the poor workmanship, delays, and missed leaks, this service was not worth the money spent.
After the contractor finished, we noticed leaks during the first rain. Several areas were not properly sealed, causing water damage inside the house. This should have been caught during the work, and now we have additional repair costs.
When we contacted the contractor about issues noticed after the job, they were slow to respond and unwilling to address the problems promptly. A roofing contractor should stand behind their work, but we were left to deal with the mistakes ourselves.
The project took much longer than originally quoted. The crew was frequently late, and work was inconsistent. This delay caused significant inconvenience and made the experience frustrating.
