I’ve been there twice now for two different ultrasounds, and honestly, the staff are incredibly cold and guarded. Except for the front desk lady, the rest come across as mean, miserable, and completely unapproachable. If you don’t like your job, just quit, but as a healthcare worker, you should at least show basic empathy to your patients. There wasn’t one specific incident, it’s the overall attitude. Among all the ultra sound experiences, here is the best! They provide an extra screen on the ceiling area for the patient to see the process and my operator Marina G. Is super friendly and supportive. So different from my other icy cold ultrasound experience 🤩
The male tech who did our ultrasound pushed way too hard during the scan. He also couldn't be bothered to turn on the TV monitor so my wife and I didn't even get to see our child during our final ultrasound scan. This place sucks. *Updated review as of April 2026* - is this the worst waiting room in the world? Every second person is either watching full volume videos or making calls through speak phone. I had ultrasound appointments on December 17 and April 1, and I would like to express my concern regarding the behaviour of the technician. During both visits, I found the technician to be quite rude and lacking empathy. Patients often come in feeling anxious or stressed, and it is important that they are treated with kindness and understanding.
