Very rude and ignorant manager, This car’s condition looks like it has been through the bombings of the Ukraine war. They gave my car a trade in price which is way below the market price
Bought a car from these guys, only to be told by a mechanic a year later that the vehicle was previously in an accident and the engine has been replaced. This was not disclosed at the sale.
I test drove the vehicle. I signed a purchase agreement for the advertised price. I secured financing. Ten minutes later I was told an inspection revealed necessary repairs to the tune of: Brakes, Tires and an Oil Leak. There was no ten minute inspection after I test drove the car so they knew of the repairs before they advertised the price on Carfax's web site! Luther Used Car Company is not BBB accredited. Do not buy from them. If you have a problem with them, please file a BBB complaint to lower their rating. Many people use BBB, and many car dealerships are accredited. I don't think I will ever again buy from a company that is not BBB accredited. Now for my review... Since most of these ratings are love or hate, basically 5 or 1, I'll do the math. At a 4.4 rating, you have a 85% of love, 15% chance of hate, math is [(5*85)+(1*15)]/100=4.4.
