Shabby work and materials... They brought in a "3rd party" to tell us that the missing pieces of hardwood, chips, spacing, and severed edges are within the tolerances for the Builder! You pay thousands of dollars for bad materials and botch job installation.
My contractor used them to install the carpeting in my new home. Within a year there was a noticeable wear pattern and seams showing. Metro sent an "independent" inspector (paid by them so not sure how independent he was) to my house to inspect the issue. he didn't tell me anything while he was at the house, but I later got a report stating that we needed to have our carpet professionally cleaned.
