I've been with metro before,and never have o received this frustration. I wasn't given a receipt. The rep put in random information. I was charged for the $65 plan. Next month I am being charged for add-ons that I didn't ask for and I can't remove them. Then it says by the 3rd month I'm on the $55 plan. Anyone else experiencing such,or understand the confusion?

Mo was a great help at store # 11630 . He is an awesome employee who really took the time to help me transfer my service back to metro . I will give his service 10+ with his patience and excellent customer service. I would recommend my family and friends to come see Mo and receive excellent service.
This location is the best and has the unmatched excellent customer service. I will recommend any of my friends and family members to see for themselves.
