Visited this location on a couple of occasions and both times was helped by ✨Harika✨ What an absolute gem of a human being. She’s so patient and knowledgeable about the products and plans offered. She gave me a great recommendation for a new plan that works perfect for my needs, and a new phone. On top of the items I purchased she included a beautiful case, headphones, AND a charger. I went into the Metro phone store in Zephyrhills on 54. I needed a new phone for my grandson. This was my first experience with Metro. I was absolutely pleased and inspired by the service I received. Arshad and Bhanu were very friendly and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for two more attentive people to help me. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience and would recommend them and their store to everyone. You won't find better service anywhere. The store in Zephyrhills has the worst customer service and the rudest employees. I will tell anyone to stay away from this facility.
