I just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service I received yesterday May 23, 2026. Employee name was Cynthia !:) (i think thats how to spell it) she was great! Customer Service was great, BUT...the store is AWFUL and needs some serious help! The flooring has big gaps between laminate wood planks that move!? A bracket that is used to guide the security gate is broken so a big bolt is protruding, causing a trip hazard. The a/c blows cold but the vents are filthy as are the floors, windows and displays. Thankfully, the lady working here is kind and helpful...which proved to be the only positivity in this experience.
