Went to the store to add a new line with a new phone, employee did not know there own promotions and tried aguring with me. Finally said it would cost 160 dollars. I left and went to a different location and got the same phone the exact same way with a new line for 41 dollars. I wouldn’t trust this store to give you the best prices

Yesterday in the evening I walked into Metro PCS with my daughter in Decatur in search of a new phone. Suleman was the one working at the time. O told him that I needed a new phone, that I was on a budget, and I showed him how slow my old phone was working. He smiled and showed me some phones and helped me understand the difference in some of the phones I was looking at.
