My fiance forgot his pin to get into his Moto g2026. He came into the store to ask for help. Spoke to a kid working there and instead of showing him how to factory reset the phone and login using his Google account, the kid told him there was nothing that could be done and tried to sell him a new phone. when he said that i actually purchased the phone for him the kid said, well how much do you have on you? It says online it's open till 8: 00pm no signage on the door but it was closed at 7:00 when I got here
States they are open till 8pm but every single time I have went after 7pm but before 8pm they are ALWAYS closed. Literally got there at 7:02pm and they are closed. Just change you operation hours so people don't waste their time and NO its not a damn holiday.
Their hours are wrong showed up at 7:16pm and they're closed. They dont close at 8pm...
