Got a new phone from this store and it was not operable. Brought it back to the store and the girl kept my phone. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. I went in to pick up phone and the girl working didn't seem to know how to explain anything. I have to wonder why it was necessary to keep phone overnight. Still have problems with phone and continue to try reaching someone at this location and nobody answers the phone. Finally able to speak to someone and when stating complaint, was hung up on. Not the best, but not the worst.
Whoever was working the desk at 5pm on April 21st was very rude and demeaning. Going to drive out of way to go to a different metro, just wow.
