Called numerous times and was literally hung up on when trying to buy a device and simply getting some further details. Customer of over 15 years and this is unacceptable. Do better.
Got a new phone from this store and it was not operable. Brought it back to the store and the girl kept my phone. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. I went in to pick up phone and the girl working didn't seem to know how to explain anything. I have to wonder why it was necessary to keep phone overnight. Still have problems with phone and continue to try reaching someone at this location and nobody answers the phone. Finally able to speak to someone and when stating complaint, was hung up on.
