Fantastic service
The service was great, and the explanation was excellent! Everything was explained clearly, and I truly appreciated the time and professionalism. I would definitely recommend their service!
Such a wonderful experience! Armughan was incredibly kind, patient, respectful, and so sweet. He made everything feel easy and comfortable, and he was always happy to help and answer any questions. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about helping people. Amazing customer service and such a lovely personality! Definitely recommend him! 🥰
Los empleados tardan mucho en atenderte Y casi siempre de que vengo dicen que no hay sistema
I am very upset with location cause I asked for my account and transfer pin and the gentlemen was charging me outrages for that info. Called the the supervisor from metro pcs and she said they should not be charging for that information. I really hope that other customers did not go through like i did. Very disappointed from metro pcs
