Today, 10/29,2022, I went to upgrade my phone at the Beatties Ford Rd and Sunset location. Was told I had to pay for a phone. (What’s the reason for the free phone signs in the window then). I’ve never had an upgrade. My phone I’ve had for many years as well as the same number. Watch out for the female hispanic heavy set manager from NY. She will up-sale you in a heartbeat and never ask your permission. Abby is the most amazing person I have ever met in my life. She has been so helpful and kind and going above and beyond since day one with me. Not only did she help me transition to T-Mobile she helped me with my iPhone and then I come back 4 days later having issues trying to fix my ex husbands new phone and she helped get it up and working. I cannot thank her enough and I pray yall give her a raise and a position in corporate. She is a beautiful girl and beautiful soul. Thanks Abby I won’t ever forget you.
We are new to the area and My daughter and I went in 12/23 with phone anxiety, but Carlos got us in and helped us efficiently, respectfully, promptly and clearly. He's very personable, polite, and precise. I will always send anyone with phone questions to this location. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
