This guy was very unprofessional and should be fired immediately. I've been with this company for 10 years and because of this employee that refused to give his name and barely spoke English I thinking of getting a new phone service. Will also be needing this person name for a police report i do not feel safe having my bank card linked to a company with an employee like this.
Horrible experience every since they hired a new employee it’s been horrible I went in to switch services from one phone to another and they charged me 47 bucks I asked for my receipt he said it will come to my phone witch it did but it said 27 bucks so I asked why does the receipt show different from what I paid and he couldn’t give me ban answer Then I went back to metro because my phone wasn’t acting right so I told him to switch sevices back to my old phone and he told me I have to go out west because he don’t know how S... read more
