I can only speak to the broker we've worked with, Mr. Salankey. Our experience is a complete degradation of integrity, trust, and support. Under his Management, we have had 2 renters vacate in the last 4 months without paying all rent or utilities. One of our rentals was completely destroyed, and it has cost us approximately $20k in repairs so that it could be rented again.
