Dr. Zebro generally does not listen to what his patients are saying and lacks the overall emotional intelligence I seek when engaging healthcare professionals. My experience with him is basically him throwing medication after medication at me, with very little regard for the words I am literally saying to him or who I am as a person.
Went in for evaluation and was not told to bring my previous medical records. No issue there, but was charged for a full evaluation. Dr. Zebro said that he could not perform an evaluation without said records. So I spent more time waiting than speaking with the doctor. Clerk who answers the phone is very kind and professional along with rest of staff. Please take your business elsewhere.
Dr Zebo was very rude.. was the worst doctor appt I have ever had. They also got me for my 55$ copay. Didn't tell me that my medical documents didn't come from my other doctor office which would prevent me from getting my medication. So they got me for my money. i also had my script from previous month with me and they had paper work from my last doctor visit with my previous doctor from the state I moved from. He refused to look at my script bottle showing I take the medication
