I had a great experience at Metro Auto Sales! The staff is super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Richard Alaniz was especially helpful — he made the financing process smooth and easy to understand. Everyone I interacted with seemed honest and dependable, which really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle!
A month and a half after buying my truck, less than 9500 miles, the engine in the diesel truck i bought from seized up! Not to mention that they changed the price on it before I bought it WITHOUT my knowledge. Then I call about the engine blowing up and Bobby James got very mouthy with me and hung up on me. You are delusional if you buy anything from these people. Rude, disrespectful, and lies. They try and put people through the ringer and runaround. Charles is beyond rude and gets ugly over the phone with you. Will undervalue the heck out of your trade as well. Idk why anybody would ever want to do business here. 0/10
Excellent customer service they take care of you the moment you walk in the door and even after your purchase of your brand new truck car or SUV I cannot say enough about Metro Auto Sales!
