Changed the price without my acknowledgement. They did try to fix things on the truck, with other used parts, to make it better and right. They have had bad attitudes when you call and question things because all of it ain't adding up. The salesman that I had, is literally just a salesman. He seems to be in it just for himself. Over all, with how its been, I'd never do business here again and I'd never send anyone I knew up there, EVER! I had just called about my paperwork not being sent to me after I was told multiple times they were sending it I then got cussed out using foul language by another manager named Charles.
Bobby and Richard are the guys to meet when you visit the Metro Auto in Arlington TX. You get the real experience with these guys. They got me in and out with my new Ford tmTransit Van. The entire process was worth the time. I will definitely keep this facility in mind for my next purchase in the future. Thank you all, R.Miller
