Customer service was horrible, Charles was rude, he had a booger hanging out of his nose upon arrival, he gave no updates what so ever… he was very pushy and aggressive. Overall experience of this dealership was a waste of time. If you’re in need of a truck and you want great customer service and a helping hand through out the whole process, visit Black Eagle Auto in Fort Worth, they will not waste your time. I bought a 2013 F350 Super Duty; it had everything I needed, excellent service from salesman Richard and maintenance manager Kaled. No problems with the transaction, no problems with the vehicle.
The absolute worse place to go too. I spoke with Bobby on Saturday. I let him know my situation and exactly what I was looking for and he assured me, he could help me. So I drove over an hour away to see him. I filled out a credit app, by the way when I spoke to Bobby before arriving, he also assured me that both vehicles would be parked up front, neither vehicle was parked out front.
