The 5 star reviews for this car lot are fake! this is worst car dealership i’ve ever dealt with. They have terrible customer service. The manager charles is a terrible person that lacks professionalism and common decency. If trying to contact him via phone he will hang up the phone in your face and refuse to take phone calls when he has no more lies to tell. The worst car lot to do business with! the entire staff is unprofessional especially the general manager charles! they sell junk cars and are of no assistance after they take your money. Do not trust these people! do not spend your money here
Changed the price without my acknowledgement. They did try to fix things on the truck, with other used parts, to make it better and right. They have had bad attitudes when you call and question things because all of it ain't adding up. The salesman that I had, Richard, is literally just a salesman, he seems to be in it just for himself. They are overpriced for sub-par cars. They are asking clean retail for cars with multiple body, electronic, and mechanical problems. Then, the salesperson Bobby was as unprofessional as you can get. I inquired on a van that the pictures showed no body damage, but the van they showed me had a busted front light and the bumper loose on the same side.
