They are a rip off. I drove 2 hours to buy a car and they wanted to charge me double the sticker price even though I was doing a down payment that was almost full sticker price. They added fees that were outrageous and refused to work with me.
I calle did this morning asking for a truck, and they said they still had it. I made an app to go see it. 2 hours later I show up to see it and no one knew what I was talking about, and then they swapped me through about 3 sales men, and then they end up telling me they sold it last night! Are you kiddin me?! It took us an hour and a half to get there just to be told it was sold yesterday! Probably the WORST place you could go. They told me I’m approved through credit union, “X”% down, “X” payment per month, 0 down if under 150k miles. No problem. Find a Nissan Titan ‘08 with 68k miles and the salesman Mike then proceeds to tell us it’s “bank policy” to have a 2k down payment for this car even though the BANK approved us for 0 down under 150k miles.
