Terrible gym the lockers smeel like mildew and mold the staff does nothing but hang in a back room. Tried calling five times one day to see about guests there but no one answered and one day while in active duty status my account went into default they called three times and sent four text messages wanting their money. They are the lousiest most pathetic excuse for a gym around want my opinion dont go to this wretched excuse of a gym. Would never ever recommend
Entered private property to damage my car with their spam and has since refused to communicate with me on how I can submit an invoice for a auto detailer. They also ignore BBB requests.
I like the gym because it has a lot to offer for a low price, although they have a lot of improving to do to keep my business. 1. One of the employees I have witnessed taking smoke breaks in the chemicals closet of the pool room, while I have been using the sauna. This is extremely unsafe for everyone in the gym. In addition I am allergic to cigs so this is a huge turn off for me. 2. They rarely clean the gym. Just got charged by them again after submitting a cancelation request form. I jumped through hoops found my copy because they lost theirs. In the end they refunded my money and gave me a totally free 6 months membership no cancelation required.
Pool and hot tub not available since sign up. At sign up was told to come in next week for evaluation, but when we did - we were told the appointments were booked for 2 weeks. Observing from the upper area while on bicycle, did not see anyone checking to make sure people are using equipment correctly or needed any help. Three bicycles have broken seats, one has missing foot pedal and at least one does not have sensors in handles, these are just the upstairs ones...
